WHO IS PRESIDING FOR 2017?

Oh yes;   it is the talking head!  Maybe he is reading from a paper or a teleprompter... or maybe he is trying to remember to say exactly what his ‘advisor’ told him to say, and stumbling in the process. Oh well, any minute, he may get frustrated and spout his own vitriol.

I don’t think we have a president now. The ‘election’ was illegitimate in my view---  and the person they call the ‘President-elect’ is just a figure head who was PLACED in the position by cheaters. Anyway, nothing he says comes from intelligent ability to assess and resolve real government issues that have ALWAYS arisen. At that time, a president in office has made sincere decisions based on good information and experience with such issues. We do not have that anymore.

From current appearances, we will hear what WHITE NATIONALISTS, re Aryans  (all white in Nazism)... and the family ‘millennials’ believe we should hear. It might be all mixed up with the Repug-licans in the congress, trying to get a voice out above the fray.

In the meantime,  I mean to PRAY. Pray as I never have before- urgently and sincerely. I don’t mean that I pray BAD for the repugs, I pray them to be converted to what they CLAIM to believe.  Trusting in the One God, loving their brethren over all the earth- giving generously of their goods to their neighbor, thinking on ONLY good things, and not greedy,  as in: laying up goods where “moth corrupts, metal rusts and thieves break through and steal”,  Matt. 6:19

The so-called ‘Conservative Party’ hinges all the yelling, guilt-tripping and shaming they do toward independents and democrats; on the Roe vs Wade ruling.  Many, if not most of us who are independent or liberal leaning... do not believe that people should engage in abortion of life. But we do not make ourselves the JUDGE of that woman- especially wishing her to be put into jail and made criminalized because she had many reasons to not want a baby after a seed mix happened in her.  There are as many reasons as there are abortions, as to why a girl feels she cannot allow her seed to become a fetus.  I weep for them, for the shame and the hurt they go through is laid at someone’s doorstep (maybe their own at times)- for not realizing what they are getting into as it happens.  But Mankind’s sins are always problematic and consequential for them, aren’t they? 

I will not say "there is nothing we can do about it"... but I will say, we need to keep our eyes open and our ears alert, till we see whatever petition to sign, whatever protest to attend, or whatever letter we can send to congress. Something... AT LEAST SOMETHING

Words, and more.

First come the words... however many and however delivered temperamentally,  there will also be following EMOTIONS---then action.
Whether it be EXPLOSIVE action, waits to be seen.

The most remarkable thing, is how millions of citizens in our country are responding to words, emotions, and continual action to elect a man like Donald Trump. It seems the greedy people don't even care that he has NEVER had leadership-- not even in his own marriages with children.
(Let's remember what he SAID HIMSELF, "If I did not have the kind of wife I had, I would never had children; that was not for me."  This is a confession that his wife is responsible for the rearing of his children- and I can actually see 'her' nagging on him to send them to good schools, and buy them what they need. And even to stop by and SEE them sometime.  Sure, they love the man who did not have to be 'disiplinarian', but doled out the goodies to assuage his guilt for being absentee.

Especially, not having any capability of diplomacy, but pretends while his eyes snap, and he reads someone else's words from a prompter; it is scary to imagine what he would say and do if in a meeting with our allies.  And he (along with those he has hired to SHOW him) tries to make a policy statement--usually declaring how he will enact certain policies... and there is NO MONEY to pay for any of it.

On the top of these, which is disastrous... he plans a huge tax cut, similar to the cut by GW  Bush, that led us into one of the worst recessions in the history of the U.S. and RAISED the debt a lot.
We citizens may not be qualified to run our country, but at the same time, we are not all stupid!  We learned just by living, you can't spend money you do not have. You can't throw money away and charge huge amounts you have no funds to cover.
 We- who are challenged to have MORE money and cannot get more because we are old and/or disabled, will surely be targeted by the Republicans, as in time past... to lose some of our entitlements.  It is hard to even suggest a number of times we have heard Republican congressmen say, 'we need to look at SOCIAL SECURITY.'
 A huge amount of money goes into that account for the many, many retired in this country. But seeing it in one pile turns on the hateful greed in our elected officials, and they want to promote themselves and their pork barrels by using the living money of the poor.  On top of that, having a Republican President AND congress, there will BE NO tax money coming from the pockets of the filthy rich. All of us KNOW that is why Trump does not want anyone to see his tax return, for he talks about giving many aids to people, but he does not intend to have it come from HIS pocket.
And he sure wants to grease the wheel of his best buddies... future of him and his sons, ya know. 

I might have changed my mind

Here was an empty 'blog'... I don't know why it was listed, or when it was, but I must have started something I could not finish.
Sound familiar?

The theme of the speech is ANTI the God he claims we live under.

Today, he spoke to a group of military, or at least on a military theme,  and he said : "Remember this:  PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH".  It relates,  in ALL aspects,  that when you are capable of putting your OFFENDERS 'down'... all the way 'down', YOU are displaying the strength to have 'peace'... just walk away 'peacefully', nothing to bother you,  because you have WON. Won the peace through your strength. He is telling all of us we need an ARMY... (an army made up of our darling daughters and sons, the ones we want to be successful, go to college like HE did,  have money... build businesses, have a life and be happy.) 
Yet -a huge percentage of an Army always gives up SOME... and leaves MANY others with all kinds of scars and handicaps. Donald Trump would not KNOW about war, he just never went. 
 I'm not sure, but I think he would believe there was NOTHING on earth for him if he did not have lots of money. He really has never KNOWN anything else. How can he sympathize with a child who cries because there is nothing to eat but dry rice, or hard cornbread and wilted leftover onion? He knows NOTHING of a lonely soldier, going down a sandy trail, knowing he might lose his legs to some Improvised junk made by the people who resent all intruders?
And where will this great army get money to run?  He has already committed more money than we can imagine to putting up a wall and deporting thousands of people. Then there is all the infrastructure that needs work IMMEDIATELY. And the communities he has promised to minorities, they will have life JUST AS GOOD as any of us if we will 'make him president'.
Well, he said he loves debt,  it is BELIEVABLE!
THEN...and we should know this already from YEARS of living under Republican hardship...he will get LOTS of the money from 'entitlements' that poor people are gonna learn to live without.  OH, not just our medicaid and living money and Wic for the poorest... not just our medicare and social security. But, care for public parks,  care for museums, libraries, side walks, bike trails, landscaping tools and actual care; and ALL public housing.  Forget 'tax cut' plans,  we don't make enough money for a 'tax cut' to help us. Tax cuts only increase the wealthiest pocketbook. 
Donald Trump knows that war makes the rich, richer.  They use 'soldiers'  the way a builder uses TOOLS-  keep a supply side, when one set wears out or dies, bring on the new set.  Keep them PUMPED UP, making them believe they are SERVING their country... when actually, they are serving just a very few.

Bombing where the Isis members hide,  will kill millions of Syrians, Iraqis,  Turks and Kurdish.  There is NO ONE spot where one can declare a 'war' on the Islamic State, because they are spread among the Palestinians as well as Egyptians and Jordanians... along with the Islamic nations I mentioned.
They hide in Paris, in Belgium, and I'm sure there are some living here in the United States, as we have discovered a couple of times. They will continue with their terrorist attacks not only in our country, but anywhere they have a chance to "kill the infidel".
I feel a little sorry for these old warlords that have grouped to endorse Donald Trump.  Like their last flag of glory, they want credit for WINNING.... winning BIG. 
 "Men, you can't begin a victory with a LOSER".  Please listen to yourselves.

Oh yeah-   it's a nightmare

A Multi-subject RANT; It's about TONGUE abuse, of the worst kind!

Yesterday, another worm crawled out from a vermin crack. Using tactics born of satanic and insane thoughts, he drove down hundreds of people in Nice, France. People he did NOT know, and did not care whether they were believers or not believers.  The known world has come to know how cracks are filled with these radical and self absorbed ones, and there is no real way to figure out where their perversion will erupt. But that does not stop the TONGUES of the 'other' kind of attention seeking nobodies, who; being drowned by their own failures, now spend time kicking poop on good people who are making a great effort to protect and comfort those who are in the way of these radicals.

A news media featured Newt Gingrich calling our protecting forces, and beginning with our kind and great President  "Gutless do nothings".  He shares time on shows with people like Hannity and other repugnant party members WHO DO NOTHING and will not allow others to do anything, then sit back and mock.  I predict: THIS IS ABOUT TO END.

Donald Trump spouts about how these one-man terror attacks are WAR! He wants to declare WAR!  Then, comparing his actions to terrorism,  they take out 10 to 100 innocent lives, which we sadly abhor...  But his single bomb will kill on average 120 to 500 people, of which maybe 10 are guilty. The rest being pathetically called 'collateral damage'.  And during this single 'war', the US will lose probably 130 or more-  great, young, trained men,  who do now KNOW who they are fighting, and don't know why.  And then repeat it.  
This is the action of unthinking,  ignorant of diplomacy and grace, angry, pompous 'pretend leaders'  which most of us DO NOT WANT.

Will it be his lovely children out there in his VAST AND STRONG ARMY?  NO.  It will be YOUR children, your grandchildren, going into a country who have been fighting and killing each other since Bible days. People who mostly do not wish to have anything to do with we Americans.

Bush, Cheney and Republicans began this INVASION of Arab territory. Our United States had lived over here wonderfully, leaving the world of the Muslim people to their own dictators.
But they had OIL AND MONEY.  Now rich, greedy Americans got richer off a lot of them.  And multiplied THOUSANDS of our American boys and girls are dead or mutilated, ruined and scarred for life. Protecting America?  No way!!! Just doing what the Republicans told them they had to do.

On another hateful front,  all Republicans are trying to destroy one WOMAN,   Hillary Clinton.  Not because she is guilty of ANYTHING,  but she is in their way. In the way of controlling the Supreme Court,  of controlling the big banks, the money of the country, and having that 'power'  BIG POWER to brag about and hold over the heads of less powerful countries.
Donald Trump has allowed ALL who will listen, to hear that he is the big BRAIN!  He has WON, has conquered ALL , except sitting in the White House, controlling the most powerful country in the world!  That is the last conquest on his list!  Yet these lame brained people listen to him spout grandiose lies and cheer for him.
God Help Us!!! 

We will NOT have health care without being well-to-do! We will not have schooling or college that is Quality, without being well-to-do!  We will live on much less social security income, and we sure will not be well-to-do! People will be encouraged to end their life with euthanasia if they are older and sickly.  Taxes will be harder on the poor and median class-- with more loop holes on the businesses and rich.   Internal structure in our towns and cities will not be repaired without special taxes on hard working people. These Rich are not going to touch their wealth to bring water to the poor.
But the hard pill to swallow if Donald Trump and company takes over, is the people who VOTED him in will have to watch the world get SO MUCH WORSE, under his profane tongue and outrageous action. The worms will still crawl out of the cracks and murder as many innocents as their plan will kill.  Then,  just like a person who swats the 'bump' after the biting mosquito has left, Donald Trump will 'swat' around, pretending to do something--- but he would RESIGN before he will sit and preside under  the awful tongues who have sought to tarnish our Democratic president.
He is NOT that kind of Graceful, Intelligent and caring man.

 

Pre- Convention

July finally came, as it always has in my 80 years.
The Republican convention happens in Cleveland, OH in four days.  There is still a lot of chatter that many delegates intend to vote their conscience and HOPE that Donald Trump does not become the candidate, even though he RAN and got all those votes. Yet, when you look at the number of votes, and voters in comparison to all the "Republican" professors, that is to say 'conservative folk'... and the great number of votes that were cast for Clinton and Sanders... added together,  you realize there is a GREAT quantity out there who is NOT for Donald Trump.
I was having a conversation about Trump with a relative.  Several, in fact.  They said, 'No wonder he got as far as he has,  he is smart'.  "No, he is not, "  I countered. 
I thought a lot about that conversation today.  And I thought a lot about Ruth Bader Ginsburg and her boldness to speak about the candidate that made her so sick to her stomach,  that she spoke without her usual discretion. 
 Donald Trump is cunning- slick, and deceptive.  I will grant that much ability to him.  However,  that is not 'intelligence or smarts,'  nor is it Christlike or loving.   (Yet he has protested and actually 'ran' in his campaign, on the notion that he is a "Christian". )  He also cheats wherever it is possible and admits it, feeling he is GREAT because he can do it.
He wants to cut taxes for the rich, of which he is one... and said very PUBLICLY,  "i never pay any taxes except what i have to!"  And refuses to show his tax returns.
Should Donald Trump continue to RUN in this election,  I will be very surprised and in my heart, I will be pained and feel helpless and hopeless... 
I know the democrats offer a better chance for progressive government, and more hope than the republican party... who have always shut out the poor man, and uplifted those who make money and step on the sick and pitiful.  Yet the very Christ they claim to follow- taught against worldly riches and taught us to treat each other the way we treat ourselves.
I hope and pray we hear that name the LAST TIME when the convention is over.

Praying for Hillary

The truth is, I pray for all the candidates,  and these wild, uneducated, totally uninformed groups, who do not know what they are doing... plus the greatly informed, well educated people-- who feel as always, 'IS THIS THE ONLY CHOICE WE HAVE?'
Not a lot of men or women care to sit in the chair of the PRESIDER  -(decider?) The most prominent change I have noted in a president, is how he looks going in,  and how OLD he looks going out.  Talk about STRESS.  AND criticism?  there are not many stones that are NOT hurled at a president during his term of service.
Notice how I have put HE in all the pronoun descriptions of gender?  The United States has had only MEN all this time.  I believe this year,   we will elect Hillary Rodham Clinton. She not only has the wisdom of the eight years her husband served (she does not have to ask him, she was THERE.)  She has years and years of service in government and working for the people in her own right.
Hillary has been criticized and berated for just about everything she does.  I have noticed how pretty she is,  in her simplicity. She dresses in very conservative colors and clothing, trying to be decent without drawing attention. She wears soft, easy hairstyles, which flatter her sweet smile, and nice face.  She speaks with an honest diplomacy, seeking to be truthful without blasting out the 'warts' of her opponents.  And what does she get for that-  especially from Republicans? Accusations!  They turn her diligent CARE for watching and guarding precious emails into something they call 'conspiracy'.  She seeks to spread her message by accepting any and all the invitations she gets to speak, and accepts all the help any group will give her to finance the expensive job of getting her message out  All of the candidates do this, in one way or another... why do they accuse Hillary of 'selling out' ?  They really HAVE NO IDEA what a tremendous woman this is!  thankfully, President Obama recognizes her brilliance and genuine effort and dedication.
NO TWO PEOPLE are exactly alike.  If you study even just HALF of the presidents we have had, you would find VERY different ideas,  diverse approaches... and frequently coming out with the same or similar results. Hillary isn't different being a woman, she is JUST DIFFERENT.
Hillary has to approach the needs of our Nation from a female point of view.  At this late state in her life, I don't think she will decide to become male gender.  Accusing her of being a WOMAN is actually equal to Donald Trumps understanding of what he is pretending to do.
 

I have to vent about Bernie to keep from talking to myself during housework

I didn't worry about Bernie becoming president.  I speculated about how it would appear... in my imagination, should he find a way to get nominated... and I thought briefly,  WELL... he would be better than Cruz, Trump or Carly Fiarino.
Today------I shuddered from a new worry.  And it is causing me to lose any respect I HAD for Bernie Sanders.  While a lot of people have SEEN the obvious 'vitriol' of  Donald Trump,  red-faced Bernie has been thinking he is sly and getting by.  He is finally realizing he wont be putting his withered hind end on the Oval office chair seat--and he is FIRED up inside and PO determined to try to make voters believe they are better off with ANYONE than 'money grubbing' Hillary!!  He has more of a 'tit for tat, you kill my dog I kill your cat'   and/or  " If I can't get elected I will make damn sure that you dont".
Sanders should drop out of the competition and unite the democrats against the Republican nominee right NOW. And have the President, the Vice President, present Secty of State and former ones,  stand up for Hillary against the lying and tricky Republicans that are so nasty they call her a 'criminal' over a few perfectly safe and personal emails.  Bernie chose the low road of getting his jewish friends to support him in small amounts believing this would put an 'elective' crown on his bald head.
All of it makes me sick.
 I am not even sure I WANT a "lady" for a president!  And if she were not married to Bill Clinton, I probably would not vote for her. But there is TOO MUCH knowledge in that couple concerning foreign policy, home protection, economy, education, legal steps, states rights and all other issues that face the Leader of the United States.  The Presider,  if you will!! People tend to forget that the presider is only a figurehead in many ways. Our states have people in the congress that are supposed to be OVERSEEING all that is done or changed. The Presider does NOT have all the 'say'... they are not the Pope!  Nor the Monarch!
But Bernie thinks if he gets nominated, he can take Americas money and do what he wants with it.  Send all the kids to school on our dimes. Whether they are qualified or whether their family could ALREADY afford it.  I do think a 'medicare' for every one is a good idea, but it would need a lot of work and prolly wont come to pass in 'bernies' lifetime.

I say this to you  BERNIE,  trust your OWN merits and quit trying to float to victory because you drowned the other racer.    you and trump.... i hope you both disappear from the news SOON.

NOT: Do you know how to do it? BUT: You do NOT do it, you just suggest, and maybe beg and finagle---so quit PROMISING!

HAVE you ever wondered why the changes in policy in our government are so few and far between? And why the BAD policies that hurt the most people and enrich the few are so HARD to change?  We have a LEADER, true, and he has a cabinet and a large group of advisors.... then we have an elected congress... made up of two SENATORS from each of the fifty states, and representatives elected according to population of each state, known as the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.  These are a conglomerate of Republican leaning people, Democratic believing persons and some independents, or wild men.  This LEADER, or President, and his group have a plan, which they present to the governing body; the congress... and eventually, if they can come together with a compromise of how they will implement this plan, then someone poses a bill and presents it... they all vote on it, and the president either signs it into law, or vetoes it.
That is a LOT easier to write and grasp than it is to HAPPEN.
I have often wondered WHY would citizens vote for a candidate just because he SAID something that sounded good, and that he had a good looking presence and presented well (not really paying attention to the quality of the promises and rhetoric, but just LIKING the person).  Then, in all my reading and investigation of the 'deals' and compromises in the government, I find that the law makers do the same thing!! They often go along with a plan, and endorse a friends bill just because he said it was good and that it would do all he claims.  But they go on collecting their salary, sitting in their high seat and never investigate whether this will work out or not... insofar as they COULD investigate.
We are back to the CAMPAIGN trail again.  Now the candidates WISH they had not swallowed the vast information floated about why we needed to stop Saddam Hussein and needed a war in Iraq. Or they wish they knew MORE about what is going on in Iran and North Korea.
It seems that no one but Donald Trump wants to put American lives on the line fighting ISIS, but his LOUD boast is that he plans to have the biggest and most fearsome military in the world, enough to SCARE off anyone.  As a single man, and family... he has had the funds to have bodyguards and care takers to keep the enemy off his privacy and goods.  But does he realize that he is trying to this for a COUNTRY....?  A very large body of land, where the airways are riddled with rays from internet,  from satellite emissions and photography?  Not to mention how many ports are on waterways, and how many planes come and go daily. And that would be a VAST number of people to screen to trust to do ALL the government ordered.
They don 't do it now, why would he think they will do it for him?  He says you just have to be tough... does Donald Trump really think the noise of his tongue is TOUGH?  Like all others it is just 'solo' opinion.  Louder maybe, but just as easy to dismiss.  And his crowds are a smattering of the whole of the US citizenry.
It seems that Bernie Sanders  is trying to take a page from Trump.  To 'win' is just to trumpet LOUDLY that you are the best and that you are WINNING.  It stirs up the excitable, but even they will get feet back on the ground by the time to vote in November;  they will look at the shaky little white haired man that has NO grip on foreign policy, and is beloved because he wants the electorate to gather together and pay MILLIONS to put kids into college for free... and the doctors to treat EVERYONE who is ill at a price they can pay.  Those are wonderful things if they were doable. But with the crumbling infrastructure of our states, and the lack of organization to do anything about it, about a third of the college kids would be killed or mangled on the roads and bridges trying to GET to school..
What Bernie Sanders has not said anything about,  is the hundreds of students who have no money to EAT,  and not a dime for a vehicle or gas.  who will pay for those?  Getting an education is more than the cost of tuition.  Like I remember when I left high school and was late getting a diploma, simply because I did not have any shoes or a coat.  I could not go to school with no clothes. So I went to work to buy them for myself-  in a sweatshop ran by Jews in Atlanta, paying me 19 dollars a week for 40 hours of labor.  I went back to a tech school later and finished high school and then went to college by the generosity of two lady friends who paid my tuition. (which was a drop in the bucket compared to today).  It meant a lot to me!
The person who presides over out government means a lot to me also.  I did not vote for Obama, but I recognize that he had done some good things for the working man.  And I will vote democratic unless by some miracle, a CANDIDATE drops from the sky in the Repub race that is  qualified.

I pray, and Trust the Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, to make this presidential election as HE would have it.

This is the worst year I have seen (I am in my 80th year) for electing a President for the United States of  America. It seems to me, although we had about 20 people running for the office in the beginning it turned out that the best ones did not get enough votes to stay in the race, and the DONKEY, is the one they are picking.  I am not speaking of the Democratic Donkey.

Are we adding our prayers to the effort to thwart a Trump disaster?

Methods keep marching before the various 'committees'-  how do we keep Donald Trump from being nominated and running for president against the democrats?
How do people reach those who will NOT be reached?  Many who vote for the TRUMP, heard what they liked to hear, decided, and now... will not hear another word. Each criticism is embraced as a jealous snipe, coming from a bitter establishment; only trying to keep their standing in the power and money of politics.
Genuine fear glints in their eyes. Humiliation and persecution have caused their heads to hang and their mouth to speak profane words they abhor. Donald Trump intends to be the dictator of the United States of America... he is putting his fist down the throats of American and plans to 'make them like it'. His eyes have admittedly seen one thing in ALL he does... money falling into the coffers of the Trump empire.
Surely in all his 'business savvy'.... he observed how fat the pockets of the WAR mongers in Iraq became.... Haliburton,  Dick Cheney,the Bush's, Rumsfeld.  I just know 'the donald' did not like it' that he was left out of these windfalls.
The Democratic candidate, Sen. Sanders quietly tells (over and over) how the top one percent of people have sucked away all the wealth in the US. They leave only enough to keep the 'indians' percolating.  Explanation: Years ago my father told me about people who take OVER.  I asked him why and how and many other awkward questions. Dad told me,  'you have to have indians'.  You cannot have too many chiefs and not enough indians.  So he explained how the Reagan 'trickle down' politics worked.  They send JUST enough money down to the indians to keep them working for the chiefs.
Unfortunately, the trickle down did not educate the poor and blue collar worker and farmer.  The hard working man does not have time to sit in the lecture halls, to enter the board rooms and/or to learn how 'making money' works. His education did not develop a love of reading, and arithmetic taught him only enough to make sure his 'change' was correct..  It is not too surprising that a con man can scam him into believing he has his 'interest' at heart when it comes to better living.
Why does not the Trump voter hear him say, 'we don't need to raise salaries in the US, they should be lowered,  people make too much money'.  "Women should be treated like___".   "I will build up our military so strong, that NO ONE will dare to challenge us"...(who's sons and daughters will he use to train this violent and determined ARMY?) The one he plans to send over to KICK Isis' butt? He does not have but one or two children and they are too old to serve... so it must be OUR family he plans to use to carry out HIS plans!!!
I pray for a wake up of citizens of this country.  Not only does Trump misquote the Bible, he knows nothing about it, and claims a 'spirituality' that is truly SUSPECT.
Register to vote, and vote the democratic ticket... either candidate is good.

Contradictions

Fundamentalists are what many 'conservative' right wingers are called.  I take this to mean they have a belief in the fundamental teachings of the WORD OF GOD. At least this is what I have been led to believe by all the 'talk, talk talk from the political world in my news life.  Some of their major 'beliefs' are PRO life,  cut back Medicaid and charity spending- make it harder for people to be on the 'take' from my paycheck...Perform Justice, for Justice is the AMERICAN way!! If you took a life, then you must be put to death... the old 'eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth'  from the Pentateuch when the Word began to be written.
Then,  Leftists and Liberals are what democrats or 'the poor' are called.  I say, 'the poor' for that is what conservative and generally well-to-do citizens feel that 'democrats' are... the minorities, the underdog,  the poor, those who do not live to TAKE ADVANTAGE... many who really FOLLOW Christ.  But the PRO CHOICE people are among this group and the whole POT has been polluted by this murder.

I do not consider myself a right wing Republican.  I feel charitable toward people in need, and I have found it hard in my life to make MONEY at the expense of others.  I do believe in work.  Hard work and I am good at it. I taught my children to work and am also instructing my Grandsons. But I do not believe women who become impregnated with a child should run to a facility or doctor and have it removed. And they should not be taught to do so. That being said... I also have been privy to ones who see abortion as the ONLY answer in their life.  I also cannot see girls locked up in PRISONS because they decided they could not have a life if they had to endure an unwanted pregnancy.  So I DO see the horror that this issue puts before us.  However, I do not believe that democratic people should be defined by it.

 Today Our president spoke of closing 'GITMO' because it does not represent the values and the spirit of the American people, through the generations. Just after he spoke, a Republican office holder came on and in the course of disputing the president,  he commented, 'let our political enemies be take to Guantanamo and we will get out of them, everything they know'... leading the world to believe that it is AMERICAN STANDARD now, to threaten, to torture, to bully and to not follow Christ. Seems the merciful democrat is standing on the Word... "do not render evil for evil",  while the posing fundamentalists are now the Herods of the world.  Hmmmm? Or am I wrong?  Too strong a subject?
